1. Purchasing & Transactions
How do I purchase an artwork?
To purchase an artwork:
- Connect your Ethereum-compatible wallet
- Select the artwork
- Confirm the transaction in your wallet
Once confirmed, the artwork is transferred to your wallet on-chain.
What happens after I purchase?
After a successful transaction:
- The NFT is sent directly to your wallet
- Ownership is recorded on the blockchain
- The transaction is permanent and verifiable
Are there additional fees?
Yes. Transactions may include:
- Platform fees (buyer/seller fees, if applicable)
- Blockchain network fees (gas fees)
Gas fees are not controlled by GBLSTS and vary depending on network activity.
Are purchases refundable?
No.
All transactions are final due to the nature of blockchain-based assets.
Please review artwork details carefully before purchasing.
2. Wallet & Access
Do I need a wallet to use GBLSTS?
Yes. A wallet is required to purchase and hold artworks.
GBLSTS operates on the Ethereum blockchain, so your wallet must be Ethereum-compatible.
What wallets are supported?
Most Ethereum-compatible wallets will work (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet).
Who is responsible for wallet security?
You are fully responsible for:
- securing your wallet
- protecting your private keys and seed phrase
- verifying transaction details
GBLSTS cannot recover lost wallets or assets.
3. Ownership & Rights
What do I own when I purchase an artwork?
You own the NFT recorded on the blockchain.
Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred unless explicitly stated by the artist.
Can I resell my artwork?
Yes.
You may resell your NFT on compatible secondary marketplaces (e.g., OpenSea), subject to their policies.
Are there royalties on resale?
Yes.
Secondary sales may include artist royalties and platform fees, depending on the smart contract and marketplace.
4. Technical Issues
Why did my transaction fail?
Common reasons include:
- insufficient ETH for gas fees
- network congestion
- wallet connection issues
Check your wallet balance and try again.

They fluctuate based on network demand and are not controlled by GBLSTS.
